Refund policy
Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
Non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned under any circumstances: any and all items that have been used, opened, scratched, washed or tampered with in any way.
How to request a return
Contact us at gearzoneswitzerland@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Return requests made after this window, or without prior authorization, will not be accepted. Do not send items back without approval — unauthorized returns will be refused on arrival and are not eligible for refund.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Inspection
All returns are inspected upon arrival. Items showing signs of use, damage, missing components, or alteration will be denied a refund and returned to the customer at their cost, or a partial refund may be issued at our sole discretion reflecting the reduced value of the goods.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 10–14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable except where required by law (e.g. defective or incorrect items).
Defects and warranty
Products found to be genuinely defective are covered under statutory warranty. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. This is separate from and unaffected by the return window above.
Abuse of policy
We reserve the right to refuse service, returns, or refunds to customers who demonstrate a pattern of excessive returns, fraudulent claims, or misuse of this policy.
